Routine Visits and Physical:
- Newborns, Infants & Children must be seen at 2 weeks, 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15 & 18 months (Routine) and at 2, 2.5 and 3 years.
- Yearly Physical following each birth day.
- Lead levels at 6 months, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 Years.
- Autism screening at 18 months.
